I do added more option such return url, use this option may redirect your donor to the page after make donate. You may redirect them to your donor list page or website. Also note that you may write your own text/note. Currency has moved to user selection.

The columns needed include:
item to pay for (fill in the blank)
amount (fill)
auto return (after payment successful, the reader is taken to a download page to download digital content)
